Welcome, my name is Wendy. I am committed to supporting you on your life’s journey. I teach meditation from a strong base of personal experiences.

Living with uncertainty is a big part of life’s journey. Add physical or emotional issues to the mix and this can produce stress. I had to learn to live with the uncertainty of mobility and health issues since I was seven years old. Fortunately, as a child I discovered meditation. My journey has had challenges and meditation has been my consistent companion to enjoy life and survive the difficult times. Now in my 60’s, I continue to thrive. Meditation can enhance and enrich your journey.

I have developed many of my own meditation practices. The three main aspects I support are:

Meditation as an Act of Self-Compassion

Finding calm moments in our overly busy world is essential for our physical health, mental well-being, and emotional resilience. Meditation and mindfulness are key tools for life!

Meditation for Pain Management

Since the age of seven, I have dealt with severe bone pain due to a congenital orthopedic condition and have had several traumatic injuries. I learned at an early age how to handle my pain and the stress it caused without resorting to potentially addictive pain-killing medication.

Let me support you in developing your own personal meditation techniques related to dealing with issues of chronic pain and the related stress. Empower yourself to live a fuller, happier, more satisfying life while managing issues with your body that may arise.
